Material :

  1. 16 dumpling skins
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 100 ml vegetable oil
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 3 garlic
  6. 100 gram of mushrooms
  7. 100 gram of broccoli
  8. 2 leeks
  9. pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  10. chicken broth 1 teaspoon

How to maka :
  1. Mixed broccoli, mushrooms, garlic and leeks.
  2. Season with pepper and salt.
  3. Add the chicken stoock powder.
  4. The input of chicken eggs, mix well.
  5. Lay the dough on the dumpling skin, cover with dumpling skin.  
  6. Heat the vegetable oil, and cook until cooked Martabak.
  7. Serve to complement.
